LOS ANGELES (UPI) Police arrested 147 suspects in an anti-gangsweep by 200 officers, a fraction of the 1,000 who launched lastweek's unprecedented effort, authorities said Sunday.
Saturday night's arrests included 73 known gang members, mostbooked on drug and traffic violations, police said.
